I love digital photography. I took 92 photographs today & had a great time doing it. Afterwards, it took me fifteen minutes to import them to my computer & put 87 of them into the trash. That was great also.

I locked myself out of my car today & met Ray who let me use his phone to call a friend. Ray is the owner of two humongous Percheron draft horses (Cain & Abel), who I got to photograph while I was waiting to be rescued - A hearty thank you to Kathy my rescuer :)

Couldn't venture too far off the beaten path today; didn't have a whole lot of time. I did manage to get out early to photograph the morning sky.

It's hard rain & wind today in the Hudson Valley. Not conducive to keeping a camera dry. Thankfully, Junior is always ready to have his picture taken.

There was no sun today whatsoever. Still I managed to get a few shots. The cows were funny. When I walked towards the fence, they backed away & when I walked away, they walked towards the fence.

Another lovely day. So far we've had an easy winter in the Hudson Valley. (In the sense that I haven't had to shovel).

A very beautiful day for January. So much so, I left my down jacket in the car. (PS. If you were visiting my blog earlier today, sorry for the missing photos, that was my fault).
